Let’s Play BINGO!

HAP CareSource invites you to play BINGO. This is a fun way to make sure your child’s vaccinations are up-to-date. Vaccines are safe and effective at protecting children and keeping them healthy. The best part? You could win $100 for getting BINGO! Here’s how to play:

1. Navigate Download the BINGO card. You can also pick one up at any HAP CareSource Vaccine Event or by calling Member Services. They will mail a copy to you.
2. Every time your child gets a vaccine, mark it off on the card.
3. Once your child gets BINGO, go to CareSource.com/gotbingomi and fill out the form. Your child will be entered into a quarterly raffle with a chance to win $100!
