Get $210 each month for healthy allowances when you use your Healthy Benefits+ card.
How does it work?
You will get the card in in the mail. The card will come with directions on how to it set up and use it. If you don’t use the whole $210 during the month, it will rollover! These funds won’t expire until the end of the year.

What can you buy with your Healthy Benefits+ card?

Pay for any dental, vision and hearing services and accessories beyond what the plan already covers. Use at any eligible providers.

Pay your electric, gas, garbage and other utility bills bill directly with the utility company, online, over the phone or in-store at Walmart®.

Pet care items like pet food, treats and toys
Home essentials like dish soap, laundry detergent and lotion
Cleaning supplies like toilet bowl cleaner, disinfectant wipes and mops or brooms
Personal Care Items*
Hair care like shampoo, hairbrushes, mousse or gel

*These benefits are part of special supplemental benefits for the chronically ill (SSBCI). Not all members qualify. Work with your care coordinator to learn more and find out if you qualify.
