Transportation
Get rides for an unlimited number of trips to:
- Health care visits (provider visits, hearing appointments, a dentist, an eye doctor and more)
- Pharmacies to pick up your prescriptions
- Pick up Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
- Get immunizations like the COVID-19 vaccine or flu shot
- CPR and parenting classes for parents and caregivers
- The gym
- Community and wellness services or events
You can also get 5-round trips per month to food banks, food pantries or grocery stores (picking up online order). Use these rides to pick up healthy food or personal care items. Limited to 25 miles one-way.

Schedule your ride or learn more by calling Member Services at 1-833-230-2057 (TTY: 1-833-711-4711 or 711). You can also call us if you have a complaint.
Let us know if you have any special needs ahead of time. Examples are if you use a walker or wheelchair, need to meet at a back entrance, or do not have a phone where the driver can reach you. This will help us better meet your needs.
When possible, schedule your transportation 48 hours before you need a ride. You can get a ride in the same day for urgent trips like:
- When you are discharged from the hospital.
- Need to go to an urgent care.
- Need to go to your provider for an urgent visit
Please note: You cannot use transportation for personal use like for hair appointments or to pick up kids from daycare.
