This program is designed for Michigan residents who receive BOTH Medicare and Medicaid benefits.Our HAP CareSource™ MI Coordinated Health plan combines your Medicare and Medicaid into one simple plan, giving you coverage that fits your needs and extra services to help you stay healthy.

With HAP CareSource MI Coordinated Health, you’ll enjoy even more on your Healthy Benefits+ card — and the same easy access to your allowances and rewards.
Healthy Allowances
Every month, you get $210 to use! Your allowance rolls over each month, and funds don’t expire until the end of 2026. You can spend it on:
- Over-the-counter (OTC)
- Dental
- Vision
- Hearing
Plus, if you have one or more qualifying conditions*, you may also use the allowance for more items and services such as:

- Utilities*

- Get up to a 102-day supply of medications through mail order or at retail pharmacies.
- Medications delivered directly to you at no extra cost for many prescriptions.
- No-cost HAP CareSource pharmacists help you manage your medications and your health.
Dental
- $0 copay for preventive services like cleanings, exams and x-rays
- $10 reward for annual dental exam
Vision
- $0 copay for routine eye exams

Hearing
- $0 copay for routine hearing exams
- Two hearing aids provided every three years at no cost
