HAP CareSource MI Health Link rewards its members for for doing healthy activities.
My HAP CareSource Rewards
As a HAP CareSource MI Health Link member, you are automatically enrolled in My HAP CareSource Rewards. You can earn up to $380 in rewards!
If you are a new member, you will receive your Healthy Benefits+ card in the mail with additional information about the program and details on how to activate your card. As you complete healthy activities, rewards are added to the card. It takes 45-60 days from the time your claim is processed with HAP CareSource MI Health Link to receive the reward.
NOTE! You will use the same Healthy Benefits+ card for your over-the-counter and flex allowance.
