LTSS/HCBS
Long Term Services & Supports (LTSS) and Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) is a Medicaid program where qualifying individuals who have functional limitations receive support they need with certain activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, assistance with medication) and instrumental activities of daily living (e.g., doing laundry, grocery shopping, and housekeeping). These services can be provided in a member’s home or in a community setting, such as an assisted living facility, depending on the member’s choice.
