LTSS/HCBS

Long Term Services & Supports (LTSS) and Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) are Medicaid programs where qualifying individuals who have functional limitations receive support they need with certain activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, eating, dressing) as well as instrumental activities of daily living (i.e., laundry, grocery shopping, housekeeping). These services can be provided in the member’s home or in a community setting such as an Assisted Living Facility depending on the member’s choice.
