Susan Aldrich, President, ElderServe Health and CareSource Market President, New York

Susan Aldrich leads CareSource’s New York market, overseeing strategy and operations for programs serving members with long-term services and supports (LTSS) needs across Medicaid Managed Long Term Care, Dual-eligible Medicare-Medicaid plans, and Institutional Special Needs Plans.

She brings decades of experience in managed care policy, plan development, and aging services. Prior to launching ElderServe Health, Susan built one of the nation’s first and largest Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in the country, designed to support older adults in aging in place. Susan has also led grantmaking efforts focused on advancing aging and health initiatives and served as a managed care analyst at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under two administrations.

Susan leads a multidisciplinary team focused on early detection, coordinated care, and whole-person support to improve outcomes for complex and vulnerable populations across New York.

Susan earned her bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Swarthmore College and a master’s degree from the University of California, San Diego.
