The Dayton Business Journal has selected CareSource as a 2022 recipient of the Diversity in Business Awards. The awards recognize organizations that have contributed to harnessing diversity within their workforces and actively taking the lead to promote and champion diversity within the community or their industries.
CareSource believes that in order to achieve true health equity, cultural competence, advocacy and promotion must take place both within the organization and in the broader community. The internal focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is reflected outwards in the emphasis on health equity for members, the Dayton area and communities across all markets.
