CareSource provides managed-care services for families, children, pregnant women, adults up to age 65 and people who are blind or have disabilities. Our Medicaid plan covers all medically necessary Medicaid-covered services in addition to expanded benefits.

Marketplace (QHP)

CareSource provides low-cost coverage for young people, those who aren’t offered employer-based insurance, those with pre-existing conditions and many others. Our Marketplace plans have optional vision and dental coverage as well as subsidized options through the Health Insurance Marketplace.

Medicare Advantage

CareSource provides the affordable health care that seniors need while providing the personal care they deserve. Our Medicare Advantage plans offer extra benefits like enhanced vision, hearing and dental coverage.

Dual Eligible

CareSource offers primary, acute behavioral health and long-term care services for those who are dual-eligible for Medicaid and Medicare through the CareSource MyCare Ohio plan.
