CareSource Recognized in Military Times’ 2025 Best for Vets: Employers List

Dayton, OH – [Dec. 3, 2025] – CareSource, a nationally recognized nonprofit managed care organization with more than two million members, has been named to the Military Times Best for Vets: Employers list for 2025.

The annual Military Times Best for Vets: Employers ranking assesses companies on their policies, practices and benefits for veterans, military spouses and their families. The survey and scoring process highlights the support companies provide to military-affiliated members, along with an analysis of workplace culture and support systems focused on helping veterans transition to civilian roles.

To be considered for the list, companies submitted a detailed application highlighting their veteran and military spouse hiring practices, retention strategies and programs. The methodology evaluates recruitment and onboarding practices, retention and career advancement programs, and support for veterans and military spouses. Responses are verified and scored to ensure a rigorous, unbiased ranking.

Established in 2020, the CareSource Military and Veteran Support Unit (MVSU) Employee Resource Group fosters a supportive community for employees who are currently serving, veterans, and their families.
