DAYTON, Ohio (Dec. 15, 2025) – Foundry's Computerworld has recognized CareSource as a 2026 Best Places to Work in IT for the third consecutive year. This award celebrates the top organizations offering meaningful and challenging IT work, while providing competitive benefits and compensation. The full list of organizations will be featured on Computerworld.com from the 2026 Best Places to Work in IT survey. Last year, CareSource finished seventh in the medium-sized company category; this year, the organization ranked 14th in the large company category.

“CareSource is honored to be named one of Computerworld’s Best Places to Work in IT,” said Devon Valencia, chief information officer at CareSource. “The recognition is especially meaningful to be ranked among the top 20 large organizations worldwide. While our organization continues to grow, what remains constant is the way the CareSource IT team shows up for each other and for our members as we continue to revolutionize health care.”

“It’s clear that AI is having a disruptive impact on IT operations and IT talent,” says Barbara Call, global director of content strategy at Foundry. “This year’s honorees demonstrate how organizations are proactively evolving their talent strategies to fill much-needed skills gaps and reskill existing staff to be more resilient and responsive to changing needs.”
