Major General Elder Granger (Ret.) Joins CareSource Military & Veterans as Chair of Its Advisory Board

DAYTON, Ohio (Aug. 13, 2025) – CareSource Military & Veterans has appointed retired United States Army Major General Elder Granger as the organization’s Advisory Board Chair. Major General Granger brings decades of distinguished leadership in military medicine to CareSource. Throughout his military and post-military career, he has been recognized for his exceptional commitment to service, operational excellence and health care innovation.
He currently serves as President and CEO of THE 5Ps, LLC, a consulting organization focused on health care and leadership. Prior to his retirement from the US Army, Major General Granger served as the Deputy Director and Program Executive Officer of the TRICARE Management Activity. His distinguished career includes commanding U.S. and multinational medical operations in Iraq and various key positions within the Army Medical Department.
General Granger’s extensive expertise in health care policy, organizational leadership and strategic planning will be invaluable as CareSource Military & Veterans continues to advance its mission of being a trusted health care partner for military families across every stage of life.
