OhioHealth Joins the CareSource Medicare Advantage Plan Network

New Agreement Increases Access to Care in Columbus

(Columbus, OH – Dec. 3, 2018) CareSource and OhioHealth announced today that beginning January 1, 2019, OhioHealth will be in network for CareSource Medicare Advantage plans to provide access to high quality healthcare services for Columbus and central Ohio CareSource

The agreement gives CareSource Medicare Advantage members access to a wide variety of OhioHealth hospitals, surgery centers, laboratory services, primary care physicians, specialists and other health care practitioners.

“We are excited to expand our network in the Columbus area with the addition of OhioHealth. This alliance allows CareSource to continue its mission of providing access to the highest quality of care for our members,” said Steve Ringel, CareSource President, Ohio Market.
