Insurance Provider Measured in 15 Categories by Employee Feedback
(INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – June 22, 2020) – CareSource has been named one of the Top Workplaces in 2020 by The Indianapolis Star. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.
“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company can rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”
This is the first year CareSource Indiana has been awarded the honor. CareSource Indiana President Steve Smitherman credits this in large part to the member-focus his 200+ employees maintain.
“It’s a tremendous honor to be recognized by the IndyStar as a Top Workplace. Our employees at CareSource know they can make a lasting difference in our members’ lives by improving their health and well-being,” said Smitherman. “We are proud to help our fellow Hoosiers with not only their health care needs but with food access, housing, education, and much more. My team is focused and energized by seeing the impact we’re making right here in Indiana.”
