Starting January 1, 2026, CareSource will begin offering a combined Medicare and Medicaid plan, CareSource® MyCare Ohio (HMO D-SNP). As part of the transition to the Next Generation MyCare program, CareSource will no longer offer an Ohio CareSource Dual Advantage™ (HMO D-SNP) plan as of December 31, 2025.
