To make a premium payment, set up recurring payments or update your information, log into your Pay My Premium Portal at CommonGroundHealthcare.org/Pay.

New Billing Payer Information
Providers have three options for submitting claims:
1. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) – While Availity is our dedicated clearinghouse partner, any clearinghouse can be used to submit an EDI transaction using our Payer ID: MICS1.
2. HAP CareSource Provider Portal – Upload an image or use the direct entry.
3. Mail Paper Claims – Send paper forms to:

Marketplace Prior Authorization Submissions Notice

Attention Michigan Marketplace providers – authorization requests for Michigan Marketplace members must be submitted via the provider portal. Fax submissions will NOT be accepted.
