We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time (PT). We can help if you:

  • Learn more about your benefits and how to access them.
  • Schedule transportation at no cost.
  • Get printed copies of member materials sent to you at no charge.
  • Get interpreters in the language you speak.
  • Help find providers near you, and much more!

You can also visit our office for walk-in help at 6385 S. Rainbow Blvd, Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89118.

We are closed each year on:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

If a holiday falls on a weekend, we will be closed the following business day. Our 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line is open 24/7, 365 days a year, including holidays.

Help in Other Languages and Formats

We can get you sign language interpreters or interpreters in the language you speak. They can help you talk with us or your providers. You can also get materials in other formats. These formats include large print, Braille, or audio. This is all at no cost to you.
