Finding Care and Your Rights
Find Providers
Find LGBTQ+ affirming providers. They know and understand the needs of LGBTQ+ people. Not all the providers listed are in our network. Please check Find a Doctor first.
Things to Keep in Mind When Getting Care
- Be open and honest with your provider. This helps them get to know you and give you the best care.
- Be prepared. Write down all the topics you want to cover and bring that to your visit. This way, you won’t forget all that you want to talk about.
- Do not be afraid to ask questions. If you do not understand what they are telling you, it’s important to ask questions so that you do.
- Bring someone you trust. If you do not want to go alone, bring a friend or loved one with you.
