Primary Care Provider (PCP)
Going to the same PCP each time you need care will help them get to know you and your needs. The more familiar they are with you and your medical history, the better they can treat you. Find a PCP near you using the Find A Doctor tool.
Telehealth
There is no extra cost to use telehealth and you don’t need to go to an office for a visit. You can see medical and mental health providers via telehealth for many illnesses and injuries, common health issues and screenings. Learn about telehealth options.
Convenience Care Clinics
Clinics are quick and easy when you need care for minor issues or illness. Visit clinics inside some drug and grocery stores for care. Most clinics are open in evenings and on weekends. Most will also take walk-ins. Find clinics using the Find A Doctor tool.
Urgent Care
Consider going to an urgent care when you need more care than your PCP or a convenience care clinic can provide. Find the nearest urgent care using the Find A Doctor tool.
Emergency Services
You may need emergency services for things like a miscarriage or pregnancy with vaginal bleeding, severe chest pain, shortness of breath, loss of consciousness, seizures or convulsions, uncontrolled bleeding, rape, major burns, or a mental or behavioral health emergency.
