Dental Care
Routine visits to your dentist are covered. Your dental benefits are provided by Liberty Dental®. Find dentists using Liberty Dental’s Provider Directory. You can also call Liberty Dental Member Services at 1-888-401-1128 (TTY: 711). Make sure the dentist knows you are covered by Liberty Dental before you visit.
Vision Care
Routine visits for eye care are covered. Plus, get up to $100 towards glasses or contacts each year. Your vision benefits are covered by EyeMed®. Find eye care providers in EyeMed’s Provider Directory. Make sure the provider knows you are covered by EyeMed before you visit.
Pharmacy
We cover all medically necessary Medicaid-covered medications. We use the Nevada Single Preferred Drug List (SPDL). All Nevada Medicaid plans use this same list. Learn more about your pharmacy benefits.
