Member Handbook
The Member Handbook is a quick reference guide to your health care benefits. You can quickly look up information such as your covered benefits and services, where to get care and your rights and responsibilities as a CareSource member.
Quick Guide
The Quick Guide is mailed to all new CareSource members. It has a high-level overview of benefits and services, and the printed version that is mailed also has the CareSource member ID card.
Provider Directory
Our Find a Doctor tool has our most up-to-date list of network providers. It lists all our network providers including hospitals, urgent cares and pharmacies. You can also get a printed copy of the Provider Directory when you call Member Services.
