Adam Beam, CEO of ImagineCare

Adam Beam is the CEO of ImagineCare, a joint venture between Spark Pediatrics and CareSource. Adam is a proven leader with 18 years of experience in health care, specifically in business development, strategy, operational readiness and product development.

Previously, Adam served as Vice President of Business Development and built strategic relationships with key partners and policy makers to retain or develop new business for the CareSource portfolio in the east region of the country. He developed strategies for RFPs, assisted with M&A opportunities, monitored state and federal policies and evaluated the financial impacts of new ventures.

Prior to joining CareSource, he was Senior Vice President of Growth within the government health segment at One Call. He also held the role of Head of Strategy and Growth for Lucina Analytics where he was responsible for overall growth for the company’s high risk maternity solution. In addition, Adam worked at Humana within both Medicare and Medicaid lines of business. Adam was also an executive at Booz Allen providing management consulting practices for federal government programs.

A military veteran, Adam received his undergraduate degree from Bellarmine University, earned a master’s degree from Oklahoma University and a second master’s from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.

In 2018, Adam was recognized as a 40 Under 40 Business Leader by Louisville Business First and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Northeast Florida.
