Stephanie Williams, Chief Financial Officer
Stephanie Williams serves as Chief Financial Officer for CareSource, guiding financial strategy with a focus on long-term growth, operational performance, and disciplined investment. Her leadership supports the financial functions that advance CareSource’s mission and strengthen its ability to support state partners and serve members in an evolving health care environment. She oversees forecasting, budgeting, investment management, and regulatory reporting.
Stephanie brings more than 20 years of health care finance experience, with expertise spanning actuarial services, financial forecasting, and rate development. Prior to joining CareSource, she held senior leadership roles at Centene Corporation and WellCare Health Plans, where she served as Medicaid Health Plan CFO and led actuarial teams while overseeing business performance across 13 states.
Stephanie holds a master’s degree in statistical computing from the University of Central Florida and bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and statistics from the University of Florida. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and serves on the board of United Church Homes, which provides housing and health care services for older adults.
