Eating Healthy
Good health is more than visiting the doctor. It’s more than taking your medicine on time. What we eat also affects our health. Nourishing your body with healthy food is key to your overall wellness.
CareSource Culinary Medicine Program
This program mixes the art of cooking with the science of nutrition and medicine. We teach the health benefits of food to help you make healthy food and nutrition choices. The program is brought to life through our Teaching Kitchen classes that cover a wide range of topics. These classes are taught across the state, from regular classes in our Dayton CareSource Health Hub to classes in Toledo, Cleveland, and Cincinnati. Call 1-844-438-9498 (TTY: 711) or email theteachingkitchen@caresource.com to learn more.

Safe Eating
Food safety is all about keeping our food safe to eat and preventing it from making you sick. This is key because eating contaminated or spoiled food can lead to foodborne illnesses. Learn more about food safety.
