Your financial health impacts your overall well-being. Identity theft is becoming more common. Scams are easy to fall for. We want you to stay safe! Take steps to protect yourself.
You use your member ID card when you visit a provider or pick up prescriptions. Do not let anyone else use your card. Your member ID card is only for you.
Keep your card safe. If someone asks you for money or your bank, debit, or credit card information to keep your health care benefits, do not respond. Report it. It is a scam.
If something seems too good to be true, it may be a scam. Be careful if someone offers free gifts, discounts, or anything else in exchange for your personal or money information.
