View Your Claims
To see your claims, log in to your My CareSource portal account and click View Claims on the My Help menu. You’ll see each claim in an easy to read and understand format.
You can also view your Explanation of Benefits (EOB), which shows all claims within a period of time, by clicking the Documents tab at the top of the home page. Sort the list of documents by clicking in the “Select Document Type” box above the list.
