End or Change Membership

We want you to be happy with CareSource. If you are not, please let us know – we want to make it right. However, you do have the right to change to another managed care plan. This is allowed:

  • During the first three months of enrolling with us
  • During the annual Open Enrollment period

Sometimes there may be a special reason that you need to change your health plan membership. This is called “Just Cause”. For more information, see your Navigatemember handbook.
