Quick Start Steps for New Members
Follow these Quick Start Steps for New Members to ensure a smooth start to your new benefits.
What to Expect
- You will get a welcome letter and ID card before you are released from prison. If you need a replacement ID card, you can get one through your MyCareSource account or by calling Member Services.
- You will have your first appointment with your CTP provider within the first week of your release. If you do not know who your provider is or when your appointment is, please call member services.
