Don’t Lose Your Coverage
We love that you are a member! Medicaid eligibility reviews happen annually. You need to renew your Medicaid coverage each year so you can keep your health coverage. We cannot renew for you. You need to renew through County Department of Job and Family Services (CDJFS).
If you need to renew, you will get a letter or packet in the mail from CDJFS about your Medicaid eligibility. Make sure they have your updated contact information so that you can get this mail on time. Respond to any mail you get from CDJFS as soon as you can. If you don’t take action, you could lose your Medicaid eligibility. Without Medicaid coverage, you will no longer be a CareSource MyCare Ohio member.
Renew in one of these ways:
- Online: Go to ohio.gov. Log in and choose Renew My Benefits.
- By phone: Call the CDJFS call center at 1-844-640-6446 (TTY: 711).
- In person: Some offices let you come in person to get help. Check with your County Department of Job and Family Services to see if you can come in person.
