SNP CardReduce out-of-pocket costs with your Healthy Benefits+™ card. With one card you have access to your healthy allowances, and your My CareSource Rewards®!

Your Healthy Benefits+ card is restricted to eligible items at participating retailers. You can shop online, in store and over the phone. When you buy something, money comes out of your most restricted allowance first. For example, if you buy something that qualifies for rewards but not over-the-counter, the money will automatically come out of your rewards. To see a full list of participating retailers:

Every month you get $255 to use! Here’s what you can spend it on:

Healthy Food*

  • Dairy like milk, yogurt and cheese
  • Whole grains like pasta, oatmeal and bread
  • Fruits and veggies
  • Juice, cereal, peanut butter and more

  • Pet care items like pet food, treats and toys
  • Home essentials like dish soap, laundry detergent and lotion
  • Cleaning supplies like toilet bowl cleaner, disinfectant wipes and mops or brooms

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Items

  • Vitamins and supplements
  • First aid items
  • Pain relief
  • Allergy, cold and flu medicines

Utilities*

Pay your electric, gas, garbage and other utility bills bill directly with the utility company, online, over the phone or in-store at Walmart®.
