Partial Hospitalization

A structured program of active psychiatric treatment provided as a hospital outpatient service or by a community mental health center that is more intense than the care received in your doctor’s or therapist’s office and is an alternative to inpatient hospitalization.


Individual, family and group sessions to talk it out.


Treatment to help you move toward recovery from alcohol/drugs.

Opioid treatment

Opioid treatment, including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT); specialized medications and therapy for maintenance and detoxification.


Advanced therapy and medications to treat your condition (in medical office or home).

Residential treatment

Live-in recovery treatment for mental illness or drug dependence.

Are You Suffering from a Drug or Alcohol Problem? GET HELP NOW!

Call 1-833-674-6437 for help in finding a substance use specialist. You don’t need a doctor’s referral or prior approval for most outpatient treatment. CareSource wants to get you on the path to recovery.

Are You Feeling Depressed or Hopeless? 

If you want to see a mental health professional, you can go to any provider in our network. You don’t need a doctor’s referral or prior approval for most outpatient treatment. We can help you find a provider close to you. Call Member Services at 1-833-230-2020 (TTY: 711).

Find a Doctor/Provider

In our Find A Doctor/Provider tool you will find a variety of health professionals including marriage and family therapists, substance use counselors, social workers, community mental health centers and more. Scroll down to your State and filter the results under Medicare by selecting Dual Special Needs from the list. If you don’t see the help you need, call us at 1-833-230-2020 (TTY: 711).

If you have a Care Manager, give him or her a call. Your Care Manager can help you find the resources you need to be healthy. If you don’t have a Care Manager, do you want to request one? Talk with your primary care provider (PCP) or call Member Services.
