Reduce out-of-pocket costs with your Healthy Benefits+™ card. With one card you have access to your healthy food, over-the-counter (OTC) and flex allowances, and your My CareSource Rewards®!
Your Healthy Benefits+ card is restricted to eligible items at participating retailers. You can shop online, in store and over the phone. To see a full list of participating retailers:

Healthy Food & Over-the-Counter (OTC) Allowance
You get $150 each month to use on healthy food and commonly used health related items. Use your healthy food and OTC allowance on approved items at participating retailers. Learn more at www.HealthyBenefitsPlus.com/CareSource
Flex Allowance
You get an extra $1,000 per year for Dental, Vision and Hearing services and accessories beyond what your plan already covers. To use this benefit, visit a dental, vision or hearing provider for services. This is in addition to:
Dental Services include preventive and comprehensive dental (e.g., extractions) beyond your $6,000 annual limit.
Vision Services include glasses, frames, and/or contacts beyond your $450 annual allowance.
Hearing Services include Advanced model hearing aids every 3 years.
If your service provider does not accept the card, call Member Services at 1-833-230-2020 (TTY: 1-833-711-4711 or 711) or visit www.HealthyBenefitsPlus.com/CareSource. If your benefit does not cover the full amount, you will need to give the provider an alternate payment option to make up the difference.
