Healthy Benefits+ Allowance
Every month, you get $287 to use on qualifying items, services and accessories at eligible locations! Your allowance rolls over each month, and funds don’t expire until the end of 2026. Here’s what you can spend it on:
- Over-the-counter (OTC) items
- Additional dental, vision and hearing services and accessories
Plus, those with one or more qualifying conditions may also use the allowance for more items and services such as:
- Healthy Food*
- Utilities*
- Rent & Mortgage Assistance*
- Home & Bathroom Safety items*
- Pest Control Retail Items*
- Indoor Air Quality Items*
- Household Cleaning Supplies*
- Personal Care Items*
- Pet Care Items (not including veterinary or grooming) **
*The benefits mentioned are a part of special supplemental benefits for the chronically ill. Not all members qualify.

Unlimited Transportation
Get rides to and from health care visits, pharmacies, grocery stores, gyms and community/wellness services.
Personal Emergency Response System (PERS)
Get help when needed in an emergency, like a fall at home. Community-well members only.
Fitness Benefits through Silver&Fit®
Access select fitness centers and receive a choice of one fitness kit per benefit year.
Meal Delivery
Two meals per day for 14 days after each inpatient hospital or skilled nursing stay (max 28 days). Community-well members only.
Advanced Care Planning
Support with decisions about future health care events.
Translation and Interpreter Services
Communicate easily with your providers and Member Services.
24-Hour Nurse Advice Line
Talk with a caring, registered nurse any time you have questions about your health. Available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
