$300 Every Month
HEALTHY BENEFITS+ DEBIT CARD
The Healthy Benefits+ debit card provides all members with $300 per month in 2027 to purchase qualifying over-the-counter (OTC), dental, vision and hearing items, services and accessories at eligible locations. Unused amounts will roll over month-to-month and expire at the end of the year.
Members approved for Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill (SSBCI) may also use their $300 monthly allowance for the following qualifying items and services at eligible locations:

Rent & mortgage assistance1
Household cleaning supplies1
Personal care items1
Haircut and barber services1

Dental Benefits
Preventive care (i.e., exams, cleanings, x-rays and fluoride) and comprehensive dental (i.e., simple extractions, minor restorations, periodontics and other non-Medicare covered comprehensive dental services, including extractions, crowns, implants and dentures) with Delta Dental®. Plan limit of $3,0003 toward supplemental oral exam, cleaning, fluoride treatments and dental implants.

Vision Benefits
One eye exam every year, plus a $250 eyewear allowance annually with EyeMed® providers.
Hearing Benefits
With hearing benefits from CareSource MyCare Ohio, you get $0 copays for your exam and are eligible for two hearing aids every three years (limit one per ear every three years). Hearing aids include conventional, digital and programmable devices. Batteries and accessories, including repair, is also covered.
Prior authorization may apply. Please work with your in-network CareSource provider for hearing services.
Fitness Benefits
Enjoy no-cost gym membership at a participating location, Home Fitness Kit, digital workouts, and other personalized resources through the Silver&Fit® Healthy Aging and Exercise program.
Unlimited Transportation
Your CareSource MyCare Ohio plan provides UNLIMITED rides for health care visits and community/wellness services in addition to transportation to the pharmacy, gym and grocery.
Meals
Coming home from an inpatient or skilled nursing stay? Our benefits include nutritionally balanced refrigerated meals, ready to heat and eat, delivered to your door. Get two meals per day for 14 days (max 28 per stay).4
