Get $287 each month for healthy allowances when you use your Healthy Benefits+ card. You must have both your Medicare and Medicaid with CareSource to be eligible for this benefit.

What can you buy with your Healthy Benefits+ card?
You will find a full list of items and retailers where you can use your Healthy Benefits+ card at HealthyBenefitsPlus.com/MyCare-SNP. Here are a few examples:

Dairy like milk, yogurt and cheese
Whole grains like pasta, oatmeal and bread
Fruits and veggies
Juice, cereal, peanut butter and more
Household Goods*
Pet care items like pet food, treats and toys
Home essentials like dish soap, laundry detergent and lotion
Cleaning supplies like toilet bowl cleaner, disinfectant wipes and mops or brooms
Personal Care Items*
Hair care like shampoo, hairbrushes, mousse or gel
Oral care like toothbrushes, toothpaste and mouthwash
Electric razors or trimmers, nail care, deodorant and more
Utilities*
Pay your electric, gas, garbage and other utility bills bill directly with the utility company, online, over the phone or in-store at Walmart®.
Dental, Vision and Hearing Services & Accessories
Pay for any dental, vision and hearing services and accessories beyond what the plan already covers. Use at any eligible providers.

*These benefits are part of special supplemental benefits for the chronically ill. Not all members qualify.
How does it work?
You will get the card in in the mail. The card will come with directions on how to set it up and use it. If you don’t use the whole $287 during the month, it will rollover! These funds won’t expire until the end of 2026.
