Medicare + Medicaid Enhanced Dental Benefits
If you have both your Medicare + Medicaid with CareSource MyCare Ohio you also get:
- $3,000 to use toward additional supplemental services such as:
- Implants
- Two fluoride treatments
- One exam
- One cleaning
- $10 reward for annual dental exam

Vision

- One comprehensive eye exam, complete frame and pair of lenses (contact lenses, if medically necessary):
- Per 12-month period for members under 21 and over 59 years old.
- Per 24-month period for members 21-59 years old.
Medicare + Medicaid Enhanced Vision Benefits
If you have both your Medicare + Medicaid with CareSource MyCare Ohio you get:
- Routine eye exams once per calendar year.
- $250 eyewear allowance per year for a pair of eyeglasses (frame and lenses) and contact lenses.
Your routine vision benefits are covered by EyeMed®. Find eye care using our Find a Doctor tool or in EyeMed’s Provider Directory.
Hearing

- $ 0 copay for routine hearing exams
- Must use CareSource network providers
- $0 copay for hearing aids:
- Once every 4 years for conventional.
- Once every 5 years for digital or programmable.
Medicare + Medicaid Enhanced Hearing Benefits
If you have both your Medicare + Medicaid with CareSource MyCare Ohio you get:
- $0 copay for routine hearing exams
- Two hearing aids. Limit one per ear every 3 years.
