Babies First
Visiting the doctor for regular checkups is one of the building blocks of good health for you and your baby. The Babies First® program helps you earn rewards by going to your routine doctor visits while you are pregnant and after your baby is born.
Here is how you can earn rewards:
- Sign up for Babies First.
- See your doctor regularly while you are pregnant.
- See your doctor for a follow-up exam after your baby is born.
- Make sure your child goes to the doctor for all well-child visits.
After signing up, you will be sent your My CareSource Rewards card and a brochure that explains the program and what to expect from us. Please allow 10 to 14 business days to receive the card and brochure. After you receive your card, there are two ways to activate it. You can call 1-888-682-2400 or go to www.myotccard.com and enter your 19-digit card number. This number is listed on the front of your card. After rewards are loaded to your card, you can purchase items for yourself or your baby. This card works at many local stores. You will get a list of approved stores with your card when it comes in the mail.
Please Note: CareSource wants to make sure you have what you need for each new baby. Please enroll every time you are pregnant. It’s easy to do. Just complete the Babies First Registration Form, click “Submit” and you’re done! Your My CareSource Rewards Card will be loaded for your new baby.
