Get $210 each month for healthy allowances when you use your Healthy Benefits+ card. If you don’t use the whole $210 during the month, it will rollover! These funds won’t expire until the end of the year.

What can you buy with your Healthy Benefits+ card?

You will find a full list of items and retailers where you can use your Healthy Benefits+ card at www.HealthyBenefitsPlus.com/MICH. Here are a few examples:

How does it work?

You will get the card in in the mail. The card will come with directions on how to it set up and use it. If you don’t use the whole $210 during the month, it will rollover! These funds won’t expire until the end of the year.
