When traveling less than 30 miles to get your health care services, you can also get help with transportation for certain services through the local County Department of Job and Family Services Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) program. CareSource MyCare Ohio does not provide transportation services when traveling less than 30 miles. |
Schedule a Ride
Schedule your ride or learn more by calling Member Services at 1-855-475-3163 (TTY: 1-833-711-4711 or 711).
When possible, please call Member Services to schedule your transportation 48 hours before you need a ride. Let us know if you have any special needs ahead of time. Please let us know the following:
- If you use a walker, wheelchair or other mobility device
- Need to meet at a back entrance
- Do not have a phone where the driver can reach you
- Need help from door to door
- If your primary language is something other than English
- If you have a family or caregiver travelling with you
- You use supplemental oxygen
