Fitness Benefits

You have fitness benefits through the Silver&Fit® Exercise & Healthy Aging program. Choose from participating fitness centers and select YMCAs, at no additional cost to you. Each fitness center will have different fitness options available. See a list of available fitness centers. Or you can stay fit in your own home! Request one home fitness kit per year. Meal Delivery*

After you have an inpatient hospitalization or skilled nursing stay, you qualify for meal delivery through Mom’s Meals. You get two meals a day for 14 days after each inpatient hospitalization or skilled nursing stay. Connect with your Care Coordinator to learn more.

Personal Emergency Response System (PERS)*

Get a personal emergency response system (PERS) device at no cost to you. PERS lets you connect to help in an emergency such as a fall in your home. With a push of a button, you can connect with a 24-hour staffed call center. Connect with your Care Coordinator to get your device.

*Only for community-well members who are getting their long-term services and support in their own homes or communities. Excludes those in home- and community-based services waiver and long-term care members.
