Silver&Fit® Fitness Membership
If you have CareSource MyCare Ohio for both Medicare and Medicaid you can enjoy the Silver&Fit® Exercise & Healthy Aging Fitness program. The Silver&Fit program offers you access to thousands of fitness centers and select YMCAs. In addition, the Silver&Fit Home Fitness program also allows you to request one home fitness kit per year (some kits include a Fitbit® or Garmin® Wearable Fitness Tracker) at no additional cost to you. Brain Health & Memory Benefit through BrainHQ®
BrainHQ® provides the exercise your brain needs to be at its sharpest. Think of it as a personal gym where you exercise your memory, attention, brain speed, people skills, navigation, intelligence and more! With over 30 years of development and research, BrainHQ offers cognitive training that’s completely tailored to you. BrainHQ can be accessed using a computer or mobile device. Take charge of your mental health and try our wellness tool called myStrengthSM. This is a safe and secure tool designed just for you. It offers personalized support to help improve your mood, mind, body and spirit. You can access it online or on your mobile device at no cost to you. myStrength offers online learning, empowering self-help tools, wellness resources and inspirational quotes and articles.

PapaPals®: Companionship and Daily Support*
You have access to PapaPals®, a network of friendly helpers available both in-person and virtually via a phone call. As a CareSource MyCare Ohio member with both Medicare and Medicaid, service is provided for up to 60 hours per year. Medicare + Medicaid
- As a CareSource MyCare member with both Medicare and Medicaid, you receive a quarterly allowance to use at participating retailers or through the OTC Catalog. You can order items through the OTC Catalog portal, by phone or by mail. Use your FlexCard for purchases at participating retailers You can get over-the-counter (OTC) items for allergy relief, vitamins, OTC pain relievers, blood pressure monitors and more. CareSource MyCare Ohio members with Medicare and Medicaid qualify for an annual $500 allowance to use for dental, vision and hearing services and accessories. Easy Access to Care
Sometimes you need medical care, but you can’t see your primary care provider (PCP). CareSource makes it easy to get care for common health needs. For information about all of the options available to you, see where to get care.
CareSource24® Nurse Advice Line
You can call CareSource24® any time you have a question about your health. A caring registered nurse will answer your questions and can even help you decide what kind of care you need. Nurses are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call 1-866-206-7861 (TTY: 1-800-750-0750 or 711) to speak to a nurse. The number is also listed on your CareSource member ID card.
Urgent Care Centers and Convenience Care Clinics
Need care quick or after hours? The CareSource network includes urgent care centers and convenience care clinics inside select drug and grocery stores to help you get care when and where you need it. These clinics often have evening and weekend hours and allow walk-ins. You can find these network providers through Find a Doctor/Provider, our online search tool.
Care and Disease Management Programs
You have full access to a continuum of services with a community-based Care Coordination team to meet your personal needs. You also have access to Disease Management education to help you learn more about managing certain ongoing health conditions.
Meal benefits include two meals per day for 25 days after an acute inpatient hospital discharge or observation. This benefit is for CareSource MyCare Ohio members with both Medicare and Medicaid.

CareSource Mobile App

My CareSource® is your personal online account on our member portal. Use your My CareSource account to:
- Choose or change your primary care provider (PCP).

- Take charge of your health with MyHealth, by tracking your exercise goals and completing Journeys® (available for members age 18+).

We’ll help you get where you need to go to take care of your health. If your appointment is 30 miles or more away from your home, CareSource will help you with a ride. If you have CareSource for both Medicare and Medicaid, we also cover up to 30 roundtrips or 60 one way trips of less than 30 miles at no cost to you, including:
- Doctor visits
- Medical tests
- A pharmacy to get a prescription filled after a medical appointment
- County redetermination
In addition to the transportation assistance that CareSource MyCare Ohio provides, you can get help with transportation for certain services through the Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) program.
