24-Hour Nurse Advice Line
Members can call the toll-free number on their ID cards at no cost. Our caring and skilled staff of registered nurses will give around-the-clock answers. Call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our nurses can help you:
- Decide when self-care, a doctor visit, or an emergency room is proper
- Learn about a health condition or recent diagnosis
- Prepare questions for doctor visits
- Find out more about prescriptions or over-the-counter (OTC) medicines
- Learn about nutrition and wellness
Need Help?
Call our Member Services team if there is a CareSource member in your family who:
- Does not speak English – We can get someone who can sign or speak your language to help you talk with us or your doctor over the phone or in person.
- Has limited reading skills – We can read aloud for you, in English, or in your primary language.
- Has trouble seeing or hearing – We can help you if you are visually or hearing impaired.

Report Fraud, Waste & Abuse
At CareSource, we take health care fraud, waste, and abuse very seriously. We have a program to track and address these issues. If you suspect any fraudulent activity, here’s how you can report it:
- Fraud, Waste & Abuse Page: To learn more about our efforts and policies, please visit our Fraud, Waste & Abuse page on our website.
- Fraud Hotline: You can report suspected fraud by calling our Fraud Hotline at 1-937-531-2300. Follow the prompts to report your concerns.
- Member Services: If you prefer, you can call Member Services at 1-877-514-2442. Tell the representative that you want to report fraud, waste, or abuse. They can help you through the process or transfer you to the hotline if you wish to stay unnamed.
