Mental Health
Good health means more than just taking care of your body. It also means taking care of your mental health. Whether it’s alcohol or drug use, depression or lower stress, we can help. This is not a full list. View your Evidence of Coverage or call us to learn more.
Assessments and Screenings
These tests look at your actions, emotions, and thoughts. They can help you know your symptoms. Your results will help you and your provider learn what may have caused them. Then, you can talk about what may help you most to get better.
Counseling or “talk therapy.”
You can talk about your feelings, moods, or thoughts with a licensed counselor or therapist. You may learn new skills to change your actions, improve relationships and help your symptoms. Sessions can be one-on-one, with loved ones or in a group.

It may be offered if you were recently in the hospital. It can be one-on-one and group therapy. If you are on medication, you will work with a prescriber to make sure it is working for you.
