Thank you for choosing CareSource® (Common Ground Healthcare) to be your trusted partner. We want to help you learn about your health plan. Start your journey to better health insurance in three simple steps.

Step 1 – Register for the Pay My Premium Portal

It’s easy to pay online. Here are a few things you can do in the portal:

  • Make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
  • Go green; get an email when a new invoice is ready to view.
  • View your plan’s Schedule of Benefits (SOB) and plan summary.

Step 2 – Create Your CareSource MyLife Account

Go to MyLife.CareSource.com or download from the Apple App Store® or Google Play®. In the CareSource MyLife you can:

  • Find out about benefits and coverage included in your health plan.
  • View claim details and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
  • Manage health care for family members and receive care by finding providers near you.
  • Use online tools: Find a Doctor, Find My Prescription and Cost Estimator.
  • Opt-in to get email and text messages, and more!

Step 3 – Learn How Your Health Plan Works

In many ways, your health plan is like auto insurance. You choose a plan with terms that you agree to. Then you pay your premium by the due date – before coverage begins. In return, the plan pays benefits as defined by the policy.

  • Your account must be paid in full each month.
  • Premium is always due on the 25th day of the month – before the coverage month.
  • Partial payments will not be accepted.
