Step 1 – Activate Your CareSource MyLifeSM Account
Go to MyLife.CareSource.com or download CareSource MyLife from the Apple App Store® or Google Play®. CareSource MyLife is your digital health companion with tools and information you can use anytime, anywhere. Manage your health plan and get support for everyday care. It gives you the tools and information right when you need them. With CareSource MyLife, you can:
- View, share or print your ID card – whenever you need it.
- Find Providers – Search for doctors and pharmacies near you.
- Manage Dependents – View information for your covered dependents in one place.
- Estimate Costs – Get an idea about what you may pay for common services.
- Make Payments – See invoices and make online payments. After you make a one-time payment within CareSource MyLife, you can set up AutoPay to help make sure your premium is paid on time and your plan stays active.
- Make sure we can reach you when it matters. Be sure we have your correct mobile phone number and email address. Opting-in for digital communications will let us contact you in the fastest way possible!
- Find Important Documents – See your plan benefits, claims, invoices, previous communications and more.
- Get Tailored Support – Find insights based on your needs, so you can make confident decisions about your care. Plus, get access to community resources and mental health tools.
- Earn Rewards – Adults age 18 and older may be able to earn rewards for certain Preventive Care Screenings. Earned rewards can be redeemed for gift cards at popular businesses. Learn more.
Step 2 – Learn How Your Health Plan Works
In many ways, your health plan is like auto insurance. You choose a plan with terms that you agree to. Then you pay your premium by the due date – before coverage begins. In return, the plan pays benefits as defined by the policy.
- Your account must be paid in full each month.
- Premium is always due on the 25th day of the month – before the coverage month.
- Partial payments will not be accepted.
