For your health care to be covered, you must use a network provider, unless you:
- Have an emergency
- Need emergency or urgent care while traveling out of our service area
- Get care at a network facility (like a hospital or outpatient facility) but didn’t know some of the services (like pathology and radiology) are billed from an out-of-network provider.
- Have prior authorization approval from CareSource.
