Adult Vision and Allergy Test Benefit (Off-Exchange Only)

CareSource offers Vision and Allergy Test benefits with select off-Exchange plans.

  • The Vision benefit gives adults coverage for eye exams with low-cost share, eyeglasses/contacts and additional vision services.
  • Allergy Testing includes an initial diagnostic evaluation including initial history, physical examination, relevant laboratory services and diagnostic tests. Immunotherapy (injections of antigens) to build up immunities is also covered. To learn more, see your plan’s Certificate of Coverage.

MyHealth® For Adults

Take charge of your well-being at no extra cost with MyHealth! Our online wellness program is offered to all members over the age of 18. Through MyHealth, you can:

  • Complete a FREE online Health Assessment. It can help you understand how to be healthier.
  • Use personalized health tools called Journeys.
  • Track exercise goals and view small step guides. It can help you manage health and learn about wellness topics specific to your needs.

MyHealth Rewards

You can earn rewards for completing healthy activities! Adults 18 and older are eligible for $150 in rewards points, depending on your age, sex and health. You can redeem your rewards for gift cards to a variety of retailers. Learn more about Rewards here.

myStrength

Take charge of your mental health with myStrength. This secure online wellness tool offers personalized support. It can help you learn and practice the skills needed to maintain your health – beyond the physical to mind, body and spirit! The myStrength program offers online learning, empowering self-help tools, wellness resources, inspirational quotes and articles.

You can access myStrength at no cost to you. To get started, log into your CareSource MyLife account at MyLife.CareSource.com. Complete the myStrength sign-up process and personal profile. You can also download the myStrength app for iOS and Android devices at www.mystrength.com/mobile. 

MyResources

All members may now get help for their social needs as well as care for their physical and mental health. MyResources is a new program for those times in life when you may be struggling with something other than your physical or mental health. MyResources can direct you to local agencies and resources that can help with food, housing, emergency financial help, and more!

HSA Bank

Members who are enrolled in a Health Savings Account (HSA) eligible plan can set up their account through HSA Bank. Members enrolled in one of these plans must have a Health Savings Account, but they do not have to choose HSA Bank to provide this service. If they already have an HSA, they can easily and quickly switch to HSA Bank if they choose. Those who don’t have an HSA can set up their account with HSA Bank in about 10 minutes.
