What is Active&Fit?

Active&Fit® is a flexible, comprehensive fitness program. It provides access to a broad-range of fitness centers nation-wide. CareSource has partnered with Active&Fit to provide our members with access to a great fitness benefit! There are two options:

Active&Fit Enterprise

If you selected a plan with Adult Vision and Fitness in the plan name, during the annual Open Enrollment period or during a Special Enrollment period, you have the Active&Fit Enterprise™ program at no additional cost! It’s included in your plan. You can choose a home fitness kit and everything listed below! 

Register your Active&Fit Enterprise account and set up your profile. You can do this through the link in your CareSource MyLife account. Find the link in the Resources section of your CareSource MyLife account. For more details, please read this flyer. 

Active&Fit Direct

If your plan doesn’t include the Adult Vision and Fitness in the name, you can join Active&Fit Direct™ just because you are a CareSource member. Active&Fit Direct offers many of the same benefits as the Enterprise program. You just pay a monthly fee of $28 a month with no monthly contract! You can join or stop anytime of the year!  

Join Active&Fit Direct in 3 easy steps:

1. Find your fitness center. Choose from 12,000+ options nationwide, including 24 Hour Fitness®, LA Fitness®, Crunch Fitness®, Planet Fitness®, Anytime Fitness®, and more. You can switch gyms every month if you like.
2. Enroll online in minutes. You MUST sign up using the link in CareSource MyLife to get the special CareSource member price! Find the link in the Resources section of your CareSource MyLife account. 
3. Pay $28 per month. You can cancel any time by not paying the next month’s fee.

Well-Being Coaching

At no additional cost, members can participate in the Active&Fit 1:1 Well-Being Coaching. This includes weekly one-on-one sessions by phone, video or chat with a trained Well-Being Coach.

Coaches provide motivational, goal-oriented lifestyle coaching in areas such as fitness, nutrition, stress, and sleep. The program is customized to support you as an individual to help you set and reach your goals at your own pace. 

On Demand Videos

Featuring 18,000+ digital workout videos for all fitness levels, just register for access.

Choose, create, and curate your own digital fitness experience based on your preferences including fitness levels, class duration, and instructor.

Work out on your own schedule and in the comfort of your favorite setting.

Tracker Apps

Wearable trackers and apps can be used to track your activity and stay on top of your goals. You can use Active&Fit’s interactive tools, online educational classes, and challenges to help you track or increase your fitness level. If you have a wearable fitness device or mobile app, you can also use the Connected!™ tool to track your fitness goals.

Since this is a benefit to CareSource members, you can access Active&Fit through your CareSource MyLife account for the initial set up. After you create your account with Active&Fit, you can login directly with Active&Fit and manage your account with them.
