CareSource is proud to join Ohio-based businesses in a coordinated Coalition to Stop the Spread, protect our family members, keep businesses open and save jobs. The Coalition to Stop the Spread is led by the Ohio Business Roundtable, a group comprised of the CEOs of the state’s largest and most influential businesses.

One of the ways CareSource mobilized workforces, customers, vendors and loved-ones in advocating for the steps that are clinically proven to be effective in fighting back against COVID-19 is through a Stop the Spread Mask Design Contest.

Three designs made it to the voting round:

CORPORATE Mask Design Jenna Denton

Submitted by Jenna Denton, Team Lead, Care Management

CORPORATE Mask Design Este Wolf

Submitted by Bailey Wolf, daughter of Este Wolf, Communications Specialist III

CORPORATE Mask Design Sharon Eid

Submitted by Sharon Eid, Team Lead, Care Management

Based on internal employee votes and social media voting and engagement, CareSource announced the winner of the Stop the Spread mask design contest is the "Stop the Spread, Relax Instead" original sloth design, created by graphic design student Bailey Wolf, daughter of Este Wolf, Corporate Communications Specialist III. The winning artwork will be produced on a limited edition mask.

CareSource supports proven methods for safeguarding our health and stopping the spread. Places where people follow these steps are experiencing smaller spikes in the disease than in places where safe steps have not been followed.

  • Wear a mask, even if you hate them. We don’t particularly like seat belts, but we wear them because they save lives.
  • Wash your hands frequently.
  • Stay away from large groups outside your immediate family. That is where the virus is spreading the fastest.
  • Insist your friends and family members follow safe practices. More than half of people living with an infected household member also get the virus.
  • Stay six feet away from others in public.
  • If you feel sick, stay home.
  • If you’re exposed to someone with COVID, get tested and follow doctor’s orders.
