CareSource Advantage offers fitness benefits through the Silver&Fit® Exercise & Healthy Aging program. You can choose from a variety of participating fitness centers across the country, at no additional cost to you. You’ll receive an orientation at the fitness center to learn more about the fitness options available at that location. Or you can stay fit in your own home. The Silver&Fit Home Fitness Program allows you to request one home fitness kit each year for members to work out at home. The kit contains general information and fitness routines you can do in your home (some kits include a Fitbit® or Garmin® Wearable Fitness Tracker) at no additional cost to you. SilverandFit.com also offers other tools to support your fitness goals.
